1. Data controller

2. Data processed
The contact form may process your name, email address, optional company name and the information included in your message. The server may also record basic technical data such as IP address, request date, visited page and browser information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- handling your inquiry and taking steps at your request before a potential contract - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- keeping the website secure, preventing abuse and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims - the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data may be entrusted to providers required to operate the website and handle correspondence, particularly hosting and email providers. Form messages are delivered to a mailbox operated by Google. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place only under a transfer mechanism available under data protection law.
5. Retention
Data is retained for as long as needed to handle correspondence and any resulting work, and then for the period necessary to establish or defend legal claims under applicable limitation rules. Technical server logs are kept for the period resulting from the hosting configuration and security needs.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability and to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Voluntary provision
Providing data through the form is voluntary, but an email address and message are required for a response. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
8. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use marketing or analytics cookies and contains no user-tracking tools. The hosting provider may keep technical server logs required for security and reliable operation.
